Suchnet.com Terms Of Service

Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet and all of its partners and affiliates maintain the rights to change the Terms of Service at any time. Emails will be sent upon change to our clients to the valid email used upon signup. Although courtesy emails will be sent out they cannot be guaranteed.

Account Setup / Email
Accounts will be activated upon payment received for paid plans or will be manually accepted for free accounts. The email used during the signup process must be valid. Failure to use a valid email address will result in a 3 day suspension minimum and will be lifted once a valid email address can be verified. If for any reason the email used may be considered fraudulent service will be denied.

PayPal Payments
Use of PayPal to make payment will also be subject to their terms of service and any other policies they uphold. An authorized user of that account must use the account used for PayPal or else service will be denied immediately. Unlawful use of payment may result in legal prosecution.

Transfers
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet will assist with the transfer from another server for up to 15 days from account creation. Although this is a PAID service it cannot be guaranteed that the data can be transferred as some backups use encryption to secure the data so that we cannot use it on our server. Failure to move data will result in a refund of the service.

Domain Transfers
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet will not be reliable for domain transfers in or out. Transfers are processed through our partner eNom and it is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all communications from eNom.

Domain Registration
Domain Registration is processed through eNom and are subject to eNom terms as well as ICANN terms for domain registration and/or transfer. Pricing is subject to change for renewal.

Free Domain Offer
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet offers free domains for select packages or promotions. These domains are limited to .com, .net, .org, and .info domains. Domains will renew for free if the plan has also been renewed in which a free domain is offered. Promotional domain offers will renew at the domain pricing for one full year.

Content / Data
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet takes the content hosted on our servers very seriously and holds the right to suspend any account for suspicion or violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies at any time. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet also holds the right to Terminate service immediately if conclusive evidence is upheld for violation of policies.

Suspension / Termination
At any time Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet holds the rights to suspend or terminate any account hosted under with Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet.

Suspensions will only be valid for 90 days from the suspension date. After 30 days a termination will occur without notice. During a termination process all data will be lost. Suspensions are meant to be a non-destructive way of enforcing a penalty.

Termination will occur when a severe infraction to the terms of service has occurred or no resolution was settled. Termination deletes all user data and bans the users ip from the signup process.

Payment / Refund
All Services provided by Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet must be prepaid for the service to take effect. You agree by purchasing any package from Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet to pay a recurring invoice unless you notify the billing department of cancellation. To notify the billing department please submit a ticket in the client panel.

Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet holds the rights to cancel, suspend, or limit access to the account at any time without prior notice.

Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet holds a 30 day money back guarantee for any cancellations on yearly hosting plans. Plans must be canceled and not suspended or terminated. Domains offered by Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet in yearly plans cannot be canceled therefore the domain price will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds can be sent through PayPal or a check for a fee of $.75 also subtracted from the refund.

Returned Checks
While we do offer a mail in payment option any checks not honored by their financial institution will result in a $25 returned check fee assessed to the customer’s account and if payment is past due an immediate suspension will be assessed.

Credit Card Chargeback
Any Credit Card Chargebacks issued will result in a $50 fee charged to the account. If payment is past due an immediate suspension will be assessed.

Late Fee
Late payments made after the due date will be assessed a $5 late fee. This only applies to shared hosting plans. All other services are strictly prepaid and won’t renew unless paid for on the due date.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made from within the billing system and will take effect after the billing cycle has ended. Proof of account ownership may be required to process the request. Billing agreements with Paypal must be canceled from the user’s Paypal account or recurring payments will still be processed by Paypal.

Resource Usage
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet Unlimited plans are restricted to 15 percent of the server. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet holds the rights to suspend accounts for noticeably high data usage.

Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the account administrator unless noted under a premium package. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet does system wide backups daily that are maintained for 5 days. Suspended or terminated accounts cannot retrieve backups. Users with outstanding balances can retrieve their back ups after paying the outstanding due.

Resellers
Resellers must maintain responsibility for their clients. Resellers must ensure their users are abiding by Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet’s terms and must maintain client support. If a violation occurs the Reseller will be held accountable and penalties will occur. If a Resellers account is suspended or terminated the Resellers clients will be contacted and transferred to Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet billing system.

Price Changes
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet will not change the price of its services while under contract. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet does however reserve the right to change prices and/or resources for month to month services.

Coupons
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet does offer coupons periodically throughout the year. Coupons are reserved to all customers unless otherwise noted. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet does hold the right to deny coupons to customers at any time.

Disclaimer
By purchasing products from Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet you are agreeing to hold Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet harmless to claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and any other legal process that may arise against Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet. In no way will Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet be responsible for anything that arises from our clients. We hold our clients responsible for their own actions and simply offer a service to them to be administered responsibly.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet fully cooperates with law agencies upon lawful requests. Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet reserves the right to release information without user consent if a lawful request arises.

Promotional Use
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet may use You, Your company, or your company’s logo for promotional material and marketing campaigns. Usage will strictly be related to Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet offer you services and will not include any other information.

Fraud Checks
Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet has partnered with industry leading fraud fighting experts to scan all orders for potential threats. Information such as but not limited to name, email, address, company, and payment details are run against their database of known threats. If an order is flagged as suspicious it is sent for manual review.

Manual Review
In the case a manual review has to be processed, Aorna Brands d.b.a Suchnet reserves the right to ask for information that identifies with the information provided. This process can take time and failure to comply will result in account termination and returns of funds if provided.
